Bank Says Mayweather Defaulted on Car

LAS VEGAS (CN) - Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. is accused of failing to make monthly payments of $9,000 on a 2007 Mercedes Maybach 57S.

JP Morgan Chase says in a lawsuit filed in Clark County Court that Mayweather bought a new 2007 Mercedes, but defaulted on monthly payments of more than $9,000 since February 2008.

The bank says it has repossessed the car and plans to sell it. It is represented by Caleb Langsdale.
