Bank records

SAN FRANCISCO — The former manager of a branch of the East West Bank in San Gabriel, California, who participated in a money laundering scheme was improperly convicted of one count of making a false entry in bank records but properly convicted of a second count of the same offense, the Ninth Circuit ruled.
