Baltimore Aerial Surveillance

In a photo taken Wednesday, April 29, 2020, a surveillance camera is seen on a light post at a street corner in West Baltimore. Starting this week, nearly everyone in Baltimore will be under constant aerial surveillance, whenever they step outside. Marvin L. Cheatham Sr., who led his local NAACP chapter in the 1990s, said he is ok with this _ even though police will have no search warrant, and the overwhelming majority of the roughly 600,000 people in Baltimore will have committed no crimes _ because the city is so besieged by violence.
