Ballot Signatures

CINCINNATI — There is no evidence that voters’ constitutional rights will be infringed by Tennessee’s ballot signature-verification procedures, the Sixth Circuit ruled, rejecting plaintiffs’ request for an injunction to require the state to provide absentee voters “notice and an opportunity to cure signature inconsistencies before rejecting their absentee ballots.”
