The Missouri Supreme Court ruled against the Missouri State Conference of the NAACP and voters in their challenge against the state’s requirement that signatures on certain absentee and mail-in ballots be acknowledged by a notary.

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — The Missouri Supreme Court ruled against the Missouri State Conference of the NAACP, the League of Women Voters of Missouri and voters in their challenge against the state’s requirement that signatures on certain absentee and mail-in ballots be acknowledged by a notary.
