Voting Plan

A federal court in Pennsylvania tossed the Trump campaign’s lawsuit challenging the state’s use of drop boxes for mail-in ballots without guards, its ballot signature guidance, and its restriction that poll watchers be residents of the county to which they are assigned, finding the campaign failed to present a “concrete injury.” The campaign has speculated the state’s voting plans would lead to voter fraud.

PITTSBURGH, Pa. — A federal court in Pennsylvania tossed the Trump campaign’s lawsuit challenging the state’s use of drop boxes for mail-in ballots without guards, its ballot signature guidance, and its restriction that poll watchers be residents of the county to which they are assigned, finding the campaign failed to present a “concrete injury.” The campaign has speculated the state’s voting plans would lead to voter fraud.
