Ballot-Access Requirements

The Eleventh Circuit remanded the Libertarian Party of Georgia’s suit over the state’s ballot-access requirements for third-party and independent candidates, finding the lower court improperly failed to conduct an Anderson test — the Supreme Court’s test for the constitutionality of such requirements — when it ruled in favor of the Secretary of State.
