Bail fail

INDIANAPOLIS (CN) — A national bail relief group’s attempt to block a new Indiana law was tossed by a federal judge, who finds the group is unlikely to succeed on the merits of its claims that the regulations violate the nonprofit’s First Amendment and Equal Protection rights. The law requires the group to register with the state Department of Insurance, which the group has not yet done, which undermines their arguments about the process’ allegedly discriminatory nature.
