SANTA ANA, Calif. - Stephen Lyster Siringoringo dba Siringoringo Law Firm took thousands of dollars in advance fees for purported mortgage assistance, but often provided "none of the promised services or relief," the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau claims in Federal Court; also sued are Clausen & Cobb Management Co., Alfred Clausen and Joshua Cobb.
