Bad Faith

The Muslim owner of a tire shop in Paradise, California that was incinerated in the Camp Fire sued Nationwide Insurance in Butte County Court, claiming its adjuster responded to his expert’s claim for $175,000 by saying: “I am not paying either your bid or our bid. <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Bad-Faith.pdf"><strong>That Arab doesn’t need more money!</strong></a>”
