Bad Cops Shot Her Dog, Woman Says

MUSKOGEE, OKLA. (CN) - Four City of Muskogee police officers, sent to plaintiff Yvonne Todd's door for an unspecified reason, needlessly shot to death her "gentle" St. Bernard, Shelby, then needlessly handcuffed Todd, hit her, kicked her, knocked her down and stomped on her back, Todd claims in Federal Court. She demands punitive damages from the City and from Officers Michael Crawford, Michael Lippman, Rob Frazier and John Morrison. See complaint.
