Auto Parts Execs Guilty Of Securities Fraud

DETROIT (CN) - A federal jury has convicted the former CEO and CFO of Hayes Lemmerz International of securities fraud, the SEC announced. The auto parts maker's CEO Ranko Cucuz and CFO William Shovers juggled the books and filed false documents with the SEC from 1999-2001 to make it appear that Hayes Lemmerz met earnings goals.
