Auto antitrust claims

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld the dismissal of a putative class action brought by U.S. auto dealers who claimed five German automakers conspired to pay higher prices for steel and “engaged in a no-arms-race conspiracy to allocate market share."
