Attorneys Squabble Over Traffic Business

CAMDEN, N.J. (CN) - Attorney Edward Appel claims in Federal Court that while he was out of town on vacation, his former partner at Courtlist.com, Thomas Masciocchi, swiped virtually the entire business - phone lines, phone numbers, client lists, software, hardware and office space - to start a competitor, Docketlist.com. Both businesses defend clients from traffic citations.
