A California appeals court affirmed sanctions and denial of fees against an attorney whose appellate briefs accused the judge of intentionally ruling incorrectly, referred to her as "succubustic" and used the phrases "disgraceful," "pseudohermaphroditic misconduct" and "reverse peristalsis."
