Brian Wagner, former deputy chief legal counsel for the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, claims his bosses fired and defamed him to retaliate for his complaint that his bosses, without his consent, had his name signed to a legal filing he had not prepared, or seen, and that was written by people not authorized to practice law in Rhode Island.
