Deters & Associates, a law office, claims Reed Elsevier dba Martindale Hubbell defrauded it by promising that if it paid for an "enhanced listing" in a Martindale Hubbell publication, it would "realize a significant increase in referrals, cases and revenue, from both consumers and other lawyers." It didn't happen, Deters claims in Kenton County Court, Ky.
