The Nevada Supreme Court suspended an attorney for 6 months and a day for denigrating the integrity of the justices, filing a petition on behalf of a condemned inmate saying, “the Court is drunk with power, acting like a lawless bully, just lying and cheating to accomplish its evil objective to see Randolph dead.”

CARSON CITY, Nev. — The Nevada Supreme Court suspended an attorney for six months and a day for denigrating the integrity of the justices in having filed a petition on behalf of a condemned inmate that said: “the court is drunk with power, acting like a lawless bully, just lying and cheating to accomplish its evil objective to see Randolph dead.”
