Jeanette and Robert Bisno sued North Beverly Park Homeowners Association in Los Angeles Superior Court, challenging an injunction in a real estate dispute, because, the Bisnos say, the Superior Court trial judge, the Hon. Rodney Nelson, was suffering from Alzheimer's during the trial.
