Attorney Says Obama Was Born In Kenya

PHILADELPHIA (CN) - A Pennsylvania attorney claims Barack Obama is ineligible to be president because he was born in Kenya, not Hawaii, and that his Hawaiian birth certificate is a forgery. Philip J. Berg, who sued pro se in Federal Court, has in the past sued both President Bushes, Dick Cheney, Colin Powell, three Supreme Court justices, and others, on a variety of charges, including alleged Sept. 11 conspiracies.

Berg's complaint comes a week after another litigant sued John McCain on a similar complaint; McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone.
