Attorney Sanctions

A federal judge granted $28,502 in sanctions against Avidas Pharmaceuticals’ attorney for her “<a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/Attorney-Sanctions.pdf"><strong>atrocious conduct</strong></a>,” adding, “Never before in this court's nearly ten-year tenure have the sanctions the court imposes today been more fitting and more deserved by an attorney," and ordered her to report the sanctions to her home state bar.

SAN DIEGO — A federal judge granted $28,502 in sanctions against a lawyer for Avidas Pharmaceuticals for her “atrocious conduct.” “Never before in this court’s nearly ten-year tenure have the sanctions the court imposes today been more fitting and more deserved by an attorney,” says the ruling, which also orders the lawyer to report the sanctions to her home state bar.
