Attorney For Man Facing Execution|Says FBI Withheld Exculpatory Evidence

WASHINGTON (CN) - The attorney for Lester Bower Jr., who is scheduled to be executed on July 22 in Texas, sued the U.S. Justice Department in Federal Court in a FOIA demand for documents he claims will prove the FBI and U.S. Attorney's Office know and knew of Bower's innocence of murder, but withheld exculpatory evidence at his 1984 trial.
