MADISON, Wis. – Attorneys defending Wisconsin in a redistricting lawsuit before the U.S. Supreme Court reportedly cost state taxpayers $60,000 for just 10 minutes of oral argument.

Records obtained by the Associated Press show the law firm Kirkland & Ellis charged the fee on top of $175,000 for other work on the case.
