(CN) - A former client claims Antioch attorney Curtis Johnson had sex with her while representing her in a divorce, "impliedly conditioned the performance of legal services ... on plaintiff's willingness to engage in sexual relations with him," then withdrew from her case, and when she informed the court of his "unethical sexualrelationship with her ... he put in the public record allegations and information about the plaintiff in violation of the attorney-client privilege," in Contra Costa County Court.
