Attorney Accused Of Unethical Acts

     MARTINEZ, CALIF. (CN) – A former client claims Antioch attorney Curtis Johnson had sex with her while representing her in a divorce, “impliedly conditioned the performance of legal services … on plaintiff’s willingness to engage in sexual relations with him,” then withdrew from her case, and when she informed the court of his “unethical sexual relationship with her … he put in the public record allegations and information about the plaintiff in violation of the attorney-client privilege,” in Contra Costa County Court.
