ATLANTA (CN) - A man who was struck by an Atlanta police car that crashed into his office is suing the city for negligence.

Plaintiff Keith Stiggers filed a lawsuit against the City of Atlanta in Fulton County State Court Oct. 19.

According to the three-page complaint, a police car slammed through the wall of Stiggers' office on March 11, 2014 and collided with him.

The complaint says Stiggers has incurred more than $33,000 in medical expenses.

Stiggers is represented by Atlanta-based attorney Scott Harrison of Morgan & Morgan.
