The Third Circuit ruled that it is unconstitutional for a county to reject an ad displaying the word “Atheists,” along with a group’s name and website. 

PHILADELPHIA – The Third Circuit ruled that it is unconstitutional for a county to reject an ad displaying the word “Atheists."

The county transit system’s policy excluding religious or atheistic messages “discriminated based on viewpoint and violated the First Amendment.
