At Last! A Lawsuit Over Classical Music

NASHVILLE (CN) - Point Classics claims X5 Music Group, of Sweden, violates copyright by illegally sublicensing classical musical recordings to codefendant Real Networks, which consumers download through the "Rhapsody" Web site. Point Classics and its parent corporation, Telos Holdings, claim both defendants knew they had no right to the music. See federal complaint.
