Assisted Suicide

ATLANTA - Three people challenge the constitutionality of the "Georgia Offering to Assist in Suicide Statute" as a "viewpoint-based restriction on speech" not tailored to achieve government interest, and overbroad and vague, in Federal Court. They add that neither suicide nor attempted suicide is a crime in Georgia.
