Assisted Suicide Opponents Sue State

SEATTLE (CN) - Supporters of physician-assisted suicide are trying to qualify its legalization via Initiative 1000 on the November ballot. A group that opposes the practice - Human Life of Washington - sued the state attorney general and the state's Public Disclosure Commission, claiming they are unconstitutionally demanding that Human Life register as a PAC, which would limit its spending on issue-oriented ads.
