ALBUQUERQUE (CN) - After repeatedly fixing tickets for his own family and his clerk's family, Metropolitan Court Judge J. Wayne Griego defamed his administrative assistant in the press and got her fired by blaming the ticket fixing on her, Jacqueline Saavedra claims in Federal Court. She claims, among other things, that after fixing one ticket, Judge Griego told her, "Don't let me do this anymore, at least until the end of the year, because I'm on probation."
