Asphyxiation expert

LANSING, Mich. — The Michigan Supreme Court ruled an appeals court must consider whether there was a “reasonable probability” an expert in the area of erotic asphyxiation would have been helpful to the defense of a man convicted of murdering his ex-girlfriend, who died by neck compression.
