John Gilbert says Robert Indiana is falsely denying the authenticity of his works, to which Gilbert acquired licensing rights for $50,000 plus 10% commission, in Manhattan Federal Court. Indiana is known for his works that feature single words, such as eat, hug, and his most famous piece, "LOVE."
