Art Student Says His High School|Doesn’t Understand The Constitution

MADISON, WISC. (CN) - Tomah High School violated a student's constitutional rights by giving him an F for a drawing in art class because it contained a biblical reference, and by prohibiting him from making a cross in his art metals class, the student claims in Federal Court.
