Arsenic in the Water

The Northern District of California dismissed a man’s claims that Keurig Dr. Pepper’s Peñafiel mineral water is contaminated by “toxic levels of arsenic.” The man failed to plead that the water he personally purchased contained “violative levels” of arsenic.
