Army Corps of Engineers Violated Dredging Patents

WASHINGTON (CN) - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers violated four patents for processing and treating dredged material removed from waterways, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims ruled.

The court found substantial evidence that the government authorized 18 contracts containing dredging processes that infringed on TDM America's patents.
