Arizona Sues Tucson College

TUCSON (CN) - Tucson College misrepresented its new criminal justice program, falsely claimed it would "qualify" graduates for jobs in law enforcement, failed to inform students about important information, and charged 57 students tuition of $10,228 apiece under these and other misrepresentations, the Arizona attorney general claims in Pima County Court. The state also sued corporate parent Southwest Business Colleges.
