Arizona Mail-In Voters

Voting rights advocates sued the Arizona secretary of state Tuesday complaining the state law requiring mail-in ballots be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day – rather than postmarked by – is unfair and confuses voters, especially those in rural counties and Latino voters.
