Arizona Emissions

After determining several challenges of federal requirements to help Arizona clean up emissions in national parks were raised too late, the Ninth Circuit on Monday <strong><a href="http://cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov/datastore/opinions/2017/04/03/14-73368.pdf">OK’d</a></strong> the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s emissions controls on a cement kiln and copper smelters in the state.

SAN FRANCISCO – After determining several challenges of federal requirements to help Arizona clean up emissions in national parks were raised too late, the Ninth Circuit on Monday OK’d the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s emissions controls on a cement kiln and copper smelters in the state.
