The Ninth Circuit agreed Wednesday to hold an <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Arizona-Elex.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)">en banc rehearing</a></strong> of claims by the Democratic National Committee that the Arizona secretary of state and Republican Party suppress minority voting.

PHOENIX — The Ninth Circuit agreed Wednesday to hold an en banc rehearing of claims by the Democratic National Committee that the Arizona secretary of state and Republican Party suppress minority voting.

Back in September, a panel ruled 2-1 to let the challenged laws stand.
