CIVIL PROCEDURE, ATTORNEYS - A woman claimed that Olcott, her attorney, breached his fiduciary duty while representing herin a real estate contract with her daughter. The Arizona Court of Appeals found that she acknowledged the harm Olcott caused her during a deposition taken in 2003 showed that she was aware that she had suffered harm more than two years before she filed her claim.
