PHOENIX — The Arizona Supreme Court declined to prevent three Republicans from appearing on the August 2022 primary election ballot. Plaintiffs claim the lawmakers — state Representative Mark Finchem, U.S. Representative Paul Gosar and U.S. Representative Andy Biggs — are ineligible to run for office because of their alleged ties to the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot.
