Arizona Appeals Court

CIVIL PROCEDURE, ATTORNEYS - A nurse claimed that she slipped and fell on water while exiting the Dadeland Mall with an emergency patient. The appeals court ruled that a new trial is required because plaintiff's counsel improperly accused the defense of hiding evidence during closing arguments.
