Apple Wins Again

SAN JOSE (CN) - Apple did not violate an Israeli company's media streaming patent, a federal jury concluded Friday, rejecting a $511 million demand from Emblaze, which sued Apple in 2010.

Apple essentially accused Emblaze of being a patent troll, seeking income from lawsuits rather than products and services. Emblaze reported $1.9 million in revenue in 2013, according to arstechnica.com.

It's the second time in a row Apple has prevailed in a lawsuit filed by an alleged patent troll.
