Apple mostly overcomes AirPod complaints

SAN JOSE, Calif. — A federal court in California mostly dismissed the class action against Apple alleging it knowingly sold AirPods with sound quality defects. The consumers’ omission-based claims proceed, while their breach of warranty and unjust enrichment claims are dismissed with leave to amend.
