GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. (CN) - Yantai North Andre Juice Co. conspires to fix prices of apple juice concentrate worldwide, the Mason County Fruit Packers Cooperative says in a federal antitrust claim. The Co-op claims the Chinese defendant controls 35 percent of the world market, conspires with other members of the "cartel," and breached contract by refusing to sell concentrate at the stipulated price.
