Appeals Court Upholds Firing Over Sexual Joke

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (CN) - An appellate court in Illinois upheld the firing of a Chicago Transit Authority supervisor who called a customer from work and made a sexual innuendo about the town of Moorhead, Minn. Robert Bono initially denied that the joke was a sexual reference, but when pressed about why it was funny, he admitted that it was only humorous in a sexual context.
