FLEMINGTON,
The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Co. claims Mark and Matthew D'Avella made a video of their tune, "Produce Paradise," and posted it on YouTube on Aug. 6, where it has been viewed at least 1,800 times. The video shows the brothers licking and kissing produce, "hitting each other in the genital area with produce, urinating on produce, standing next to each other with produce sticking out of their pants, and taking bites of various produce and letting it fall out of their mouths." The brothers disparage the produce as "nasty shit" and at least one of them wears an A&P hat while doing this, the complaint states. At least one "longtime customer" saw the video, complained, and vowed never to return, A&P says. It demands $1 million and an injunction. See complaintin Hunterdon County Court.
