Antitrust Price-Fixing Conspiracy|Alleged In After-Market Auto Filters

HARTFORD (CN) - Champion, Purolator, Honeywell, Bosch and others conspire to fix prices for after-market oil, air, fuel and transmission filters, according to a federal class-action antitrust complaint. Lead plaintiff S&E Quick Lube Distributors claims the defendants fix and raise prices, rig bids and allocate customers.

Here are the defendants: Champion Laboratories, Purolator Filters NA LLC, Honeywell International, Wix Filtration Products, Cummins Filtration, The Donaldson Co., Baldwin Filters, Bosch USA, Mann and Hummel USA, Arvinmeritor, United Components, and The Carlyle Group.

Plaintiffs' lead counsel is Updike, Kelly and Spellacy.
