SACRAMENTO (CN) - A federal antitrust complaint accuses SK Foods of conspiring with Intramark USA and others to fix prices and rig bids on processed tomato products.
Plaintiffs claim Intramark president Randal Lee Rahal was charged Dec. 10 in a three-county felony information of "racketeering, money laundering and antitrust violations based on his actions as sales broker for SK Foods."
Accused of rigging bids, allocating markets, paying kickbacks and bribes since January 2006 are SK Foods, Intramark USA, Randal Lee Rahal, Los Gatos Packing Co., and Los Gatos Tomato Products.
Lead plaintiff Four in One Co. claims the U.S. Attorney's Office in Sacramento is investigating the defendants on these charges.
Plaintiffs are represented by John Quinn with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart.
